Delivery to anywhere in the UK

We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Waterlooville, Hampshire.

Delivery options and prices

• 48 Hours delivery — £3.99. FREE when your order is £20 or more.
• 24 Hours Fast delivery — £4.99. FREE when your order is £30 or more.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is on its way we will email you confirmation. If you are ever unsure where your order is, call or WhatsApp us on +44 7459 471000 with your order number and we will find out for you.

If you are not in

The courier will usually leave a card or attempt delivery again on the next working day. If a parcel comes back to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Problems with a delivery

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive when expected, please tell us as soon as you can. We will send a replacement or refund you in full — see our Returns page.
