These terms explain, in plain English, the agreement between you and Wolvex ("we", "us") when you buy from this website. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not take away any of your rights as a UK consumer.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the standard rate. There are no hidden charges; delivery costs are shown clearly before you pay.
Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
If a price is obviously wrong due to an error, we will contact you before dispatching and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

3. Your order

When you place an order we will email you confirmation. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. If we cannot supply something (for example it is out of stock), we will tell you promptly and refund anything you have paid for it.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, prices and timescales are set out on our Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates, but if your order is significantly late you may cancel it and receive a full refund.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and faulty goods are always refunded, repaired or replaced — full details, including how to return items, are on our Returns & Refunds page.

6. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Our daily-living and personal care products are general-purpose aids and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please ask your GP, pharmacist or other health professional.

7. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else where the law does not allow us to.

We handle your details carefully and lawfully, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Complaints and disputes

If anything goes wrong, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly and fairly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in your local UK courts.

Wolvex® is a registered trade mark of Wolvex Limited. All other trade marks, product names and logos mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners.
