Our returns promise

We want you to be completely happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not, returning it is straightforward.

Changed your mind?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. We will refund the full price of the goods, plus our standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the return.

Please keep items unused and in their original packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of personal care items (for example dental products or items worn against the skin) once they have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days. After 30 days we will repair or replace the item, and refund you if we cannot. These rights are in addition to our own promise above and cost you nothing.

How to return something

  • Call or WhatsApp us on +44 7459 471000, or email [email protected], and tell us your order number and what you would like to return.
  • We will confirm the return address and, for faulty or wrongly sent items, cover the return postage.
  • Post the item to: Wolvex, Unit 29 Highcroft Industrial Estate, Enterprise Road, Waterlooville PO8 0BT.

Refunds

Refunds are always made to the payment card you used, through our payment provider Stripe. They normally appear in your account within 5 working days of us processing them. We will email you when your refund has been sent.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
